3G hasn’t yet completely adopted in India. Folks say, it’s because 3G is very costly as compared to the other Data Plans, and also the data connection gets lost most of the times.

AirTel has taken an initiative to resolve these problem, and launched exciting 3G Mobile Data-Plans which are almost 70% less than the previous charges. As per the Airtel spokesperson statement, “Volume-based browsing rate on 3G has been slashed from 10 paise per 10KB to 3 paise per 10KB. This new cost will be applicable for 3G non-pack users with effect from May 17, 2012” and new volume based browsing rates are 3p/10Kb for 3G non-pack users. These services are provided to both Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

Apple iPhone 4S 16GB

While many people were hoping the iPhone 5. Apple gave popularity to the iPhone 4S. Rumours regarding the launch of iPhone 5 continue to swirl, and excitement still continues to follow the Apple iPhone 4S.

iPhone 4S
iPhone 4S

Apple chose to name the device 4S because physically on the exterior it looked much the same as the iPhone 4. It still features the same rectangular design.

The design included rounded buttons to perform task such as volume control, switching notification signals and turning the device on or off. The phone’s display includes specially treated glass that is scratch resistant. The iPhone 4S includes a display same as the iPhone 4, measuring 3.5 inches, with a screen resolution of 960×640 pixels.

The significant differences between the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S occur within the interior of the phone. However, some of these changes are actually quite exciting if not revolutionary. One of the most significant feature of this phone is, inclusion of Siri.

Siri is a personal assistant built right into the Apple iPhone 4S. Using voice commands, Siri can perform a variety of tasks. Additionally, Siri is able to obtain information when queried.

The iPhone 4S comes with a higher resolution 8 mega-pixel camera than the iPhone 4, which has only 5 megapixel camera in it.

The data speeds for the iPhone 4S have significantly improved as compared to the iPhone 4. In an effort to prevent their previous antenna issues, the iPhone 4S comes with two antennae. Using the 2 antennae, this phone can automatically switch between the best possible reception.

The world is now getting ready for the next apple release: the iPhone 5, but the iPhone 4s still remains popular.
