After using many mobile operating systems, I can say that there is no comparison to the Android Devices, whether Mobile Phones or Tablets.

Even Google’s operated Android Market is world’s 2nd largest App-Store. But some of the users aren’t able to access and download apps from the Android Market. When they try to do login onto the Android Market Website, the following error pops-up on their device screen :

“There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account.”

What is the problem ? : First of all let me clarify that, this problem is not from Google. However this error comes because our android devices are not listed on the Android Market Website.

Solution : To do so you need to add your device to the market website.

1. First of all you need to go to your Mobile Phone and Open Gmail App.

2. Now add a new Gmail account from which you want to access the Market Website.

3. When the new account setup gets completed, visit open Market App on your android Device.

4. Select new Gmail account from the options menu

5. Download 1 or 2 apps so that your device gets added to the Market website.

6. Now Sign-out from the computer and Re-Login after 2-3 hours. You will see that your device is there is My Market Account – Settings Page.

1. Visit the localhost where you have installed the Joomla. Try loading the pages. On every page, you get the error like,

2. Then open the php.ini file, which is present in the php directory on your system. If you have installed XAMPP, then the location of php.ini file is “C:\xampp\php“.

3. Press CTRL+F to find error_reporting. First one is with the semi-colon (;) and second one is without the semi-colon.

4. Change that 2nd one to error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

5. Set display_errors = off

6. Now go to your Control Panel of the XAMPP or WAMP. And restart the Apache Server.

Solution:
If you run into the same problem, then there is a simple solution for it.

Just write the below code in wordpress/wp-includes/capabilities.php after ?php sign.

require_once("pluggable.php");

Now you will be able to load all the pages without any error.

So, What is the exact problem :
This problem arises when one of your plugin or theme file wants to get the user type (e.g. Administrator, Editor, Contributer, Author, Subscriber) either in form of a function or in form of variable.

For Example, the below code will generate the same error, if placed in a plugin file:

if(current_user_can('level_10')) {$user_is = 'Admin';}
else {$user_is = 'Not Admin'; }

So in such cases, you can include the pluggable.php file into capabilities.php file.

Note : You might bookmark this page for the future references, as after updating the wordpress, capabilities.php gets restored to default, and then you need to follow the same procedure again.

1. Log into your youtube account. Then click on Upload button.

2. Now click on the link says “Increase your limit” as shown below, (Or visit directly at http://www.youtube.com/my_videos_upload_verify).
